Workforce Forum November 2011

In November DV Vic and CHP facilitated a state wide forum on Workforce development. The forum was targeted at Managers, Coordinators, and Team Leaders, HR specialists or Board of Management members.  The focus of the forum was workplace attraction and retention and featured workshops on student placement models, attracting a diverse CALD workforce and implementing the workforce capability framework into an Indigenous organisation. Over 70 people attended the forum and the evaluations were very positive. The following are links to the various presentations from the forum.
