Mapping Document - HASS, QICSA and DV Vic Code of Practice
This is a comprehensive document that will be useful for everyone undertaking the HASS/QICSA accreditation. If, for example, you are working on a particular standard, this document will assist you to see the relevant, comparable QICSA standards and the relevant sections of the Code of Practice to be consulted.
DV East Tools for Accreditation

You will note that the Policy Manual is in draft. All the organisational policies and the relevant systems are comprehensive and have been developed and commented on by all DV East agencies. The Service Delivery policies will be developed as part of the 08-09 DV East Organisational Development and Accreditation (ODA) Project. Policy manuals are always a work in progress and able to be improved, therefore any further drafts of the attached manual will be made available as they are approved and the approved Service Delivery drafts will be made available as they are developed.
DV Vic members are free to use these documents as they wish. Comments regarding the policies will be happily recieved and individual service modifications and development can take place using the Microsoft Word versions. Acknowledgement of the source of the documents would also be appreciated in finished products.
